Shipping Policy – Tea By The Nile
Thank you for shopping with Tea By The Nile. We are excited to bring you beautifully crafted glass tea sets.
Pre-Order & Launch Information All products are currently available on a pre-order basis. This allows us to carefully prepare and package each item to ensure the highest quality. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the pre-order shipping timeline below.
Shipping Timeline All pre-orders will begin shipping in the first week of June 2026. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Pre-Order Cancellations You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been shipped. Please contact us at Info@teabythenile.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Processing Time Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow additional processing time during the launch period.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times after shipment typically range between:
- Domestic (Canada): 3–7 business days — shipped via Canada Post
- International: 7–21 business days — shipped via Canada Post
Shipping Locations We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Duties & Taxes For international orders, duties, customs fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays & Issues While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. Tea By The Nile is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
